Hoteliers

In collaboration with ourselves, hoteliers may act as joint data controllers and decide how best to process the feedback and email addresses of their own guests. We ask guests for the same email address used to book their stay - therefore this should not serve as new information to the hotelier but is instead used to correlate guest feedback with validated stays.

Data processors

Artificial Intelligence (AI) services

This data processor does the following activities for us: Extracting meaning from guest-provided feedback. We ask that no personal information be included within feedback, and therefore none should be passed on to these services.

Cloud computing platforms

This data processor does the following activities for us: Storage and processing of guest feedback and email addresses.
